Policies

Rules? Trust me, I like breaking them sometimes too but here are some that are important for you to know and follow.

Illness Policy:
If you or someone you’re in direct contact has caught a bug, please let me know ASAP to reschedule your appointment. THIS POLICY IS NOT COVID SPECIFIC AS IT APPLIES TO ANY AND ALL ILLNESS. If you're bouncing back from a cold, flu, or some other funky illness, give it 7 days. No worries, I won't charge you for canceling, but if you're making a habit of last-minute sniffles, then I will need to charge the cancellation fee. If you have an active lingering cough, it may be wise to wait until you’re better. Coughing causes your eyes to squint which leads to a few unforeseen problems. When in doubt, you can always send me a quick text to see what I might be okay with!


Late Policy:
If you are running late please let me know ASAP. If you are less than 10 minutes late I will do my best to fill your lashes in the remaining appointment time. You will still pay full price for the service. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment. 

Cancellation/Late Reschedule Policy:
I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give 48 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule to accommodate other clients. If 48 hours’ notice is not provided I will charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the scheduled service price.

No Show Policy:
If you do not show up to your appointment I will charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 70% of the service. Additionally, you will be banned from further booking privileges.


Refunds:
No refunds for services or booking fees will be given. I want you to be completely satisfied with your lashes. If you are unhappy with your service please notify me within 48 hours of your service for a complimentary ONE TIME fix. A fix will only be accommodated if all aftercare instructions have been followed correctly. Credit Card Authorization:
I keep your credit card on file should a late cancellation fee need to be charged.

Makeup/Clean Lash Policy: 
Please arrive to your appointment free of makeup, eyeshadow, creams, moisturizers, etc. around the eye area. Eyes must be clean and free of products.
