What to expect
Before your service:
Please make sure to arrive at your appointment without makeup, eyeshadow, creams, moisturizers, or any similar products around your eye area. This is important to ensure that your lashes are clean and the adhesive can stick properly. During the lash application, I try to limit talking as much as possible, as talking can cause your face to move, which can in turn cause the tape to move, affecting the final result.
You are welcome to bring headphones so that you can listen to your favorite music or podcast during the service. During the appointment, I will use one air pod to help me stay focused, but I will always be available to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have.
During your service:
Lash Extensions:
Once you're settled, I'll have you open your eyes so I can place gel pads on your lower lashes. This keeps your lower lashes from accidentally being lashed and just out of the way in general. This can feel a little awkward but, hey we're in this together, right? It's important to let me know if you feel any poking or discomfort with the lower gel pads. After that, it's time for me to get lashing! I will place one lash or a fan of lashes onto one natural lash. Throughout your service, you will hear me rustling around from time to time. Don't worry, I have to change glue frequently or grab more supplies. Next is removing the gel pads, try not to open your eyes until I tell you to do so. It's important to get up slowly and take your time sitting fully upright. It can cause a dizzy feeling from lying down for so long.
Lunch Break Lashes:
I will gently pull your upper eyelid up to expose the underside of your natural lashes. Then will apply up to 6 lash segments with a rubber-like adhesive - this adhesive is key because it will be flexible with your natural lash growth while wearing these lashes. If you’ve opted for two rows of lashes, I’ll then add those on top to create a more dramatic fuller look. Once the segments are placed, I will use a liquid sealant that will make sure those new lashes stay in place.
Lash Lift & Tint:

This can feel a little awkward but, hey we're in this together, right? It's important to let me know if you feel any poking or discomfort with the lower gel pads. After that, it's time for me to get started. I will place a silicone rod on to your eyelids close to the lashline, this will be the guide for your new curl. I’ll apply a water soluble adhesive to the rod and then gently secure your lashes into place. Once that is complete the lifting lotion will be applied, this will rest on your lashes from 6-10 minutes depending on your individual lash health. After that has been processed and removed, I’ll apply a neutralizing solution. This is an important step in stopping the lifting lotion from processing any longer. I’ll then use a damp cotton swab to cleanse your lashes and remove the adhesive. If you opted for a lash tint, then I will apply the tint before the cotton swab. After I’ve removed the rod, I’ll use a mini fan to dry your lashes.
